Loved my Vegas escapade! I didn't feel like schlepping my camera everywhere so you can see the divide of which camera is which but in better news....these are some photos of my Vegas trip! The first night out I wore the first outfit to Fremont street (old Vegas) where I saw the light show and heard my now favorite song "Time of the Season by the Zombies". It was for sure a fun yet trippy show. The next day on the trip I went to the Grand Canyon where I was in awe -the views looked so unreal. I also saw the Hoover Dam. The rest of my trip included dinner at Aquaknox, ordering my first legal drink, seeing Love at the Mirage (amazing show), having a little too much fun with the wax figures at Madame Tussauds, and eating at Serendipity.

I will be back kooky city!

How inconsistent am I? I have been on quite a hiatus from this blog. School has just started up again and when I'm not doing that, i have work. So where's the in between? you tell me. So next week Tuesday I'm leaving to Vegas for my 21st which is September 2!! Maybe a cliche but I don't care- I'm going to VEGAS!! Finally a Denim Vest! I went to the J. Crew in New York which btw was gorgeous and amazing and found this vest right as I was leaving. I've been looking for one that was the perfect wash and of course J. Crew supplied it. I wore this look out to the Joan Jett concert. I must say she is an amazing performer and her voice was just how I imagined it would be live. She was doing all these crazy moves- which would disturb me for a person her age but it just looked right. She totally still got it.

Maybe I might be over reacting but I'm just so happy about it. So the long story goes. It was one of those days when the news kept getting worse and worse and honestly nothing good could come of it. But somehow my day made a complete 180 when I got an e-mail (while at work) Saying “Congratulations - You Have Won a Trip to the Harry Potter NY Premiere!” I was like this can’t be? I get spam mail all the time like this. And just to let you know I was only on a 15 minute break when I got this. So I acted fast. I read the whole e-mail and said “this is legitimate”. And of course I call my mom freaking out at that, and told her she needs to print everything they want and fill it out, and send it out ASAP! So now for the short to the point story. I’m going to New York to watch Harry Potter and I’m freaking out!!! I never really thought people won these kind of contests. Well I'll keep everyone updated..just follow my twitter @adrinictrax. I'll be tweeting on the red carpet. Can't wait!!!!

Its been beyond HOT here in Florida- I've been dying!!!. Even with this outfit and a ponytail(which I honestly try to avoid) didn't help at all. So my attempt to look festive for summer and stay cool enough..i went with brights-not that it helped reflect the sun or anything. But other then that do you see my Kate Spade Scout purse?(well DUH). I've been obsessing over it and really squealed with excitement when I was able to order it at Bloomingdale's. I originally wanted the pink one, but there wasn't not one anywhere!! But overall the color of this orange is really just a stunner!!

How did it feel turning another day older? Just like any other day. My day started rushing trying to complete homework for both Journalism and mass Media class. I couldn't have had such a great day if it weren't for my parents...Thanks Mom & Dad.

Work & School has been eating up most of my time. But the good new is, I found out in my journalism class that we are going to create a blog on any subject, which is great because I can use this one : ) I couldn't be more thrilled this semester. The courses are so great and seem like they are going to be quite effortless. Since they are the subjects I enjoy. My schedule includes Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, and Liberal Arts. In both Mass Communications and Journalism I have the same professor and she is quite knowledgeable towards both subjects. In the course there will be guest speakers and internship possibilities. It just seems surreal because I'll be done with my AA this semester and then on to the next college of choice, which I'm looking at FIU or FIT in new york.

I finally cut my hair...I really was in the need of one. My long hair was drowning me! I'm totally obsessed with my hair now. It's manageable and curls so much better.

I went a little Forever 21 happy...I've gone twice this week and came out with this stuff. I bought a few basics that include a army green pocket tank, a off the shoulder light pink top, and a white pleated blouse.

My closet consist of a lot of lace, but I couldn't resist the wicked neon pink zipper on that lace tank...its perfect for summer.

I fell in love with those rings...I'm obsessed with the double ring ones...they are just awesome.

The saddle messenger bag will be perfect for my trip to Europe; it's small, cute, and studded.

Lastly the sunglasses I had to have...i quickly saw them as an accessory on a mannequin but i had to have it.

You can never have too much leopard ; ) My new love.

Marcella and I had a girls night. We had dessert at stir crazy and later watched An Education; which i really enjoyed. I can't get over Carey Mulligan, her voice really draws me in and "SHE CAN ACT".

Well apparently you can't take photos at Barnes & Nobles; they don't like it. But Marcella did a good job on getting enough photo's before they found us.

I can't get enough of the victorian feel, with the use of ascots, and ornate fabrics. I loved the rich fabrics and textures of each piece. The collection was the perfect blend of victorian and edge.

DVF

The fact that each piece stands out on its own, is why i love DVF. Her pieces might have the same color palette but she never limits herself to only one pattern or fabric. I love its girly appeal and touch of edge. Totally would love to own every piece in this collection.

Christian DIOR

So, John Galliano is my all time favorite designer. His collections always carry on a piece of a particular era. You can tell that each piece is gorgeously made and so well executed. He showcases such gorgeous pieces that will make any fashion lover swoon. Each piece has such great textures, and each look is totally different which I alway appreciate.

What I wore for my dads b-day!

My new shoes, I feel they are perfect for spring. The brown color can match with anything, the sandal style can work with the weather, and the heel just makes it so much greater..I need the height. I also love the heel style.

& this is an outfit i wore a couple nights ago....the romper is from target.
