The Big Chop

With a new haircut comes a feeling of new everything, or maybe thats just me. I have this urge to go through my closet and re-access what I should keep and what should go. With that, I'm thinking of having a clothes swap party with a couple friends. I'm sure they have a pile of clothes they don't want; I sure do. 

What kind of feeling do you get when you get a new haircut? 

Wishful Wednesday

It's no coincidence I'm posting this just days before my birthday. And funny enough all the pieces creates a look  I would gladly wear to celebrate my 24th birthday. Per usual any gift list I create, always consist of something from Madewell, something animal print, a new purse and any new obsessions I might have, which today are hats and mens inspired pieces.

There's just something about fall colors that makes me love to wear them all year long. It could be that they are rich in color and have a feeling of warmth, or just are appealing to the eye. All I know is when it's fall, I wear this shade of red a lot.

So, they look pajamas, but they are not, it's an illusion. These are my 4th pair of pajama like pants and I just can't get enough of them. They are comfy and usually come in fun prints, that you can really dress up. Mine are from J. crew where most of mine are from, but I have a pair of silk ones from Zara that a lot of people seem to own as well. They are my go to bottoms when it's blazing hot and don't want to wear shorts.
